DO NOT EVER DIAL PONTINS AND SERIOUSLY, DON’T EVEN THINK ABOUT VISITING IT’S JUST A NIGHTMARE.
I GOT CHARGED £4 FOR A CALL THAT LASTED LIKE 3 MINUTES AND THE PERSON WHO PICKED UP WAS TOTALLY UNHELPFUL. I WENT THERE LAST WEEK AND IT WAS DISGUSTING, FREEZING COLD, THINGS ALL BROKEN, NO TV WORKING, AND THE STAFF WAS NOWHERE TO BE FOUND WHEN I NEEDED HELP. THE DRINKS SHOP WAS RIDICULOUSLY EXPENSIVE, QUEUED FOR AGES THEN ENDED UP WITH NOTHING. SUCH A WASTE.

I can't believe this happened to me too! Someone called about our reservation and said campervans aren’t allowed anymore because of a new policy? (We use the same space as a regular car, so it made no sense.) They handed me a different number to call for more info. Then my phone cut the call off, saying I hit a ‘cap’ on phone charges or something?!? Honestly, I’m kinda glad it did because I might have ended up paying way more. My limit was set at £5, so I guess I got off lightly compared to other folks. What a nerve!

Tried to book online but couldn’t finish, so I rang Pontins instead. Just noticed they’ve charged me £10.36 for a 12-minute call - I thought it would be a free number!

Had to phone PONTINS to book a holiday and ended up getting charged £2.70 for the call. Honestly, it feels a bit unfair and they really ought to give a proper warning about these charges beforehand. Not something that should be allowed.

I was trying to sort out a holiday at Pontins on their website and called the number above to ask a few questions. The guy on the phone said it’d be easier to complete the booking over the phone, plus he had some nicer room options that weren’t on the site. It all sounded pretty good so I went ahead with the phone booking. Imagine my surprise when I found out I’d been hit with a £5.22 charge! I’ve told my mates and family to steer clear of this number if they don’t want to get stung with expensive fees.

Just wanted to warn folks, this number is for Pontins holiday parks. I got stung £8 for a 12-minute call booking our holiday! It's shocking - you already pay for the holiday, and then they hit you with an extra £8 phone charge. Honestly, they should at least have a free or cheap number for customers. If you’re on a tight budget like me, be careful. Try booking online if that’s an option. It’s really not fair to add such a rip-off cost on top. Proper disgrace.
