Just spotted this number on my phone bill from 18th May 2020, saying I was on the line for 71 minutes and charged £20.19. I’m based in Canterbury too, which apparently is a hotspot for this kind of thing. Pretty clear to me it’s a scam. Time to have a proper row with BT about it!

Avoid calling back! I shelled out more than £9 just to get through to this number, and it’s charging me £2.29 for every minute on the line once it picks up! What a rip-off!

I got charged £15 for an hour-long call on the 22nd of December (or at least that’s what it says). Problem is, I have no memory of being on the phone for that long at all! Not sure if this is even legit.
