I saw I had a missed call from a number I didn’t recognise. Since I get loads of spam calls all the time, I never pick up unless I know who it is. They never bother to leave a voicemail anyway. Anyone knows who it might be?

Beware, this is the contact number for Air Canada. I made a brief call lasting half a minute, and Virgin Mobile slapped me with a charge of 65p! All I received was a recorded message directing me to a toll-free number, which, by the way, is Canadian. You need to prefix the 0800 number with a 0, turning it into 00800, as they're treating it as an international call and Virgin has chosen to block it. I've lodged a complaint, but it seems to have fallen on deaf ears. Ultimately, I had no choice but to reach out to Air Canada via email. Not the ideal situation, especially when you're on the go!
