To make matters worse, the "company" sent her a letter warning that "over the years, some of our clients have faced prosecution, resulting in hefty fines and even criminal records for claiming that they didn't recognise the transaction or labelled it as 'fraud'." What’s outrageous is that this "company" has been unlicensed to lend since 2006! They have a phone number and an address in Glasgow, but a quick WHOIS check revealed they are actually registered in Toronto, with a completely different phone number, 0122432953. Countless other victims have reported being scammed out of £59.95 years back, yet this "company" continues to operate!
