I just noticed a £23 fee from this number on my phone statement but I don’t recognise it at all and have no memory of ringing them. Not sure what business this is connected to.

They put me on hold for ages and then the charge was through the roof!

On 16 November 2023, I noticed a 17 minute call on my bill to this number, and I've no recollection of calling it at all. I don't see how I would have chatted for that long, especially when it ended up costing me about £18. Considering my usual bill is only around £13 per month, you can guess I'm quite upset. I've already contacted my mobile network to contest the charge. They really ought to take steps to block or cancel this number.

This number is completely unknown to me. I’ve just noticed a charge of £15.75 for a 20 minute phone call on my mobile, but I definitely didn’t make that call. Feels like some kind of scam to me. Can anyone explain what this is about? Do you know who’s behind it or which company they claim to be? I’m based in Hampshire. Thanks, Louise.

Back in July, I received a rather puzzling surprise when my bill showed a £15 charge for just a couple of calls to this number within the span of an hour. I'm completely in the dark about who could be behind it!

I’ve just noticed an exorbitant fee on my bill for a call that supposedly lasted 25 minutes. The trouble is, I can’t recall making such a call at all.

Receiving their call was an absolute rip-off, and to top it off, we never dialled their number and haven't a clue as to who they might be!
