I received a call from an Asian gentleman who gave me the number listed above, claiming to be Brad Hill. He even provided an extension number, asserting that he was with our bank and that we were owed over a thousand pounds in fees, which, quite frankly, we were not aware of. They somehow managed to obtain all our details, including our full card number, sort code, expiry date, and a reference number. When I declined to provide the security code on the back of my card, they said they would ring me back in five minutes. Surprise, surprise, they never did! I am baffled as to how they got hold of our information and have reported this incident.

I received a call from a man of Asian descent who identified himself as Brad Hill. He provided the phone number listed above and claimed to represent our bank. He insisted that we had some fantastic bank charges that we supposedly knew about, which we definitely did not. These individuals seemed to possess a wealth of our personal information, including our overall card number, sort code, expiry date, and even the issue number. When I mentioned the security code on the reverse of our card, they were adamant, but I firmly responded with a "no." I made it clear that I would only be on the line for a brief moment just to gauge their authenticity. Frankly, it was astonishing how they had obtained such sensitive details. I've since reported this suspicious activity.
