My mother in law got a call from some bloke saying he’d put an end to any ‘unwanted’ calls she’s been getting. We had already put her on the TPS list, but stupidly she ended up giving them her bank info. Fingers crossed we managed to cancel her card before any damage was done!

Got a call from a guy claiming he was from BT, saying he was helping block nuisance calls. He asked me to confirm my name and address, which seemed a bit odd. Then, out of the blue, he wanted my bank card info too. Definitely didn’t feel right.
