I recently received a rather puzzling notification from Westminster Collection Ltd regarding an alleged outstanding balance of £5. To be honest, I’ve no clue who they are or why they might think I owe them anything. Despite multiple attempts, I've had no response to my emails. I decided to give them a ring, only to find myself tossed around like a hot potato. After a brief chat with a friendly staff member, I was transferred to another department where I was subjected to a rather tedious classical music selection for what felt like an eternity before I eventually hung up in frustration. Sent another email, but goodness knows if that will get a reply!
