We're getting text messages from them on a daily basis, but are they for real? We don't have any dealings or connections with them whatsoever.

Do we really need to text them every single day? Is that even proper? We don’t have a thing going on with them at all.

Received a text message on my mobile the other day, right at the top it had our complete name. It went on to say something along the lines of, "Kindly reach out to Santander Cards at 0870 836 1161 and mention the reference number which they conveniently supplied." It also included their operating hours: Monday to Friday from 8am to 7pm and Saturdays from 8am to 1pm. Honestly, we’re a bit on edge about this because we have absolutely no dealings with Santander whatsoever. Plus, we can’t fathom why they would have our mobile number in the first place!
