I’ve had a right run-in with these rogue merchants! They try to swindle you under the guise of selling ad spots. When we called them back, would you believe they claimed to be offering security services instead?! What a complete farce!

Received an unexpected call from some company, and then just got an invoice for £308! Not long ago, I received an email shouting that my account is overdue and demands immediate payment. Who on earth are these folks, and how do they manage to operate like this without facing consequences?

We’ve been in touch with this company and dispatched an invoice, only to find that their overdue accounts department is insisting we settle up immediately! What on earth are we supposed to do about this? Every time we try to reach them by phone, we’re met with an automated response. We’ve sent written communication, but I wouldn’t hold my breath for a reply. We even reached out to Consumer Direct and tried contacting Trading Standards, but it seems like no one is willing to assist us in resolving this issue. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I recently received a call from this company, followed by an invoice and now an email saying I have an overdue account that requires urgent payment! I'm at my wits' end trying to figure out how to tackle this situation. Each time I ring them, I’m met with an automated response. I’ve also dropped them a message but doubt I’ll hear back anytime soon. I've tried reaching out to Consumer Direct and even contacted Trading Standards, but it feels like I’m shouting into the void. Could really use some guidance here!
