We've received the same texts and phone calls, yet we've deliberately chosen not to answer. Out of curiosity, we decided to do a bit of digging online to uncover the identities of these callers. It's worth noting we have no outstanding debts to worry about. To add to our concern, there have been 36 attempts linked to our bank account, and we've certainly not shared our banking information with anyone. How on earth have they managed to obtain our details? It looks like we’ll have to head over to the bank and completely overhaul our account numbers. This whole situation has been rather distressing.

We've received the same message repeatedly, and these folks have been calling us multiple times throughout the day. The chap we spoke with just wouldn't allow us to get a word in edgewise. She started rambling on and on, and when we requested her to take it easy as we were struggling to follow what she was saying, she got quite upset and just cut us off! What options do I have?
