We encountered this situation as we had failed to settle a water bill. It's not a scam or anything of the sort; it’s merely a debt collection agency reaching out.

I once had an encounter with the phone number 08713841054, but I've made the decision not to return the call, and I don't intend to do so in the future either.

The other day, we received the exact same text message. A company called Clanchannon, a debt recovery service, gave us a bell. The thing is, we’re completely debt-free! Could this be a scam?

Received a call from this number and noticed they’re prompting us to either return the call or visit their website. I don’t have a clue who they are, so I’m definitely not going to call them back.

I find myself in the same boat; to be honest, we haven’t reached out to them either.

We received the same message not long ago. Our brother mentioned that it’s likely a scam, and that these individuals might be trying to gather your personal details.

My partner received the same text message right after he got a call on his mobile, where they were asking him to confirm the first line of his address. He was puzzled and asked me what it might be all about, but they were quite evasive and refused to provide any information. So, in the end, he decided to hang up the phone.

Received an identical text urging us to either call them or visit their website. Since we have no outstanding debts, we decided against confirming our address when we rang them. I'm wary of visiting their site, as it could potentially harbour a keylogger or trojan, which might compromise our bank information. Tread carefully, as this could very well be a scam!!!

We received a text from a number that we don’t recognise, and since there was no response, we believe it's a scam.

We've received the same texts and phone calls, yet we've deliberately chosen not to answer. Out of curiosity, we decided to do a bit of digging online to uncover the identities of these callers. It's worth noting we have no outstanding debts to worry about. To add to our concern, there have been 36 attempts linked to our bank account, and we've certainly not shared our banking information with anyone. How on earth have they managed to obtain our details? It looks like we’ll have to head over to the bank and completely overhaul our account numbers. This whole situation has been rather distressing.

I received a text message urging me to call 01527 834003. So, I decided to reach out to the company that BT employs for their debt collection services.

We received a message on our phone, but strangely, we haven't received any written correspondence, and no one possesses our mobile number-only our landline. Consequently, I’m quite hesitant to share any information with anyone until we can verify the authenticity of this company.

I've recently received a message that was exactly the same as before. Honestly, we've no plans to reach out to whoever these folks might be.

Received a message with the same wording and a reference number that looked fishy. Thought it best to have a gander online about it. I haven’t responded and don’t plan to, either.

Received a message just a short while ago, and I’ve no intention of calling back - nor should anyone else. If you’re in debt, these folks typically get in touch either via phone (and clearly, they already have your details) or they might drop you a letter. It’s worth noting that this could potentially involve a premium rate number, which could end up costing quite a fortune. Stay alert!

I can't quite recall us discussing anything specific during our time in your office. It's all a bit hazy, to be honest.

Just received a message about ten minutes back; I certainly won't be calling back, and I would advise others to steer clear as well. If you're in debt, rest assured those folks will either reach out via phone-since they likely already possess your number-or drop you a letter. Keep your wits about you, as there’s a chance this could be a premium rate number, which could end up costing you an arm and a leg!

We've received the same message repeatedly, and these folks have been calling us multiple times throughout the day. The chap we spoke with just wouldn't allow us to get a word in edgewise. She started rambling on and on, and when we requested her to take it easy as we were struggling to follow what she was saying, she got quite upset and just cut us off! What options do I have? Is there anyone who can provide some assistance with this?
