We reached out to them this evening after receiving a card informing us that they'd be stopping by on Monday between 9 in the morning and 9 in the evening. The lad on the line was utterly insufferable; the moment we asked him to put our request in writing, he abruptly hung up. When we rang back to insist they communicate via proper letters, he insisted he already had some and that we’d be settling up soon. When we told him that wasn’t the case, he claimed, “I’ll see you tomorrow,” and then slammed the phone down. It’s quite startling how rude and dismissive he was; a proper business ought to train their staff not to speak to customers in such a manner.

I received yet another call from RMA earlier today, and I managed to have a chat with Harry Taffy. It’s rather ridiculous, really. I was advised to call back at 8:43, but when I did, they claimed they couldn't find any record of the number. It's been over a year of incessant ringing, and it feels like we’re at our wits’ end! Month after month, year after year, and still no resolution in sight. It’s utterly frustrating, and none of the so-called support seems to offer any assistance at all!

This bloke keeps ringing our mum at her workplace, claiming he’s behind on his MBNA credit card payments and that he’s over his limit. He’s even insisting on getting a payment via debit card right over the phone. Honestly, he’s called about five or six times in just one afternoon! It’s absolutely ridiculous-Mum was quite upset and embarrassed since she's actually up to date with all her payments. We double-checked with MBNA, and guess what? They’ve never even heard of this person! It’s clearly a scam; I can’t stress enough-never share any personal info over the phone. If you’re suspicious, just tell them to send you something in writing!

I can’t shake the feeling that something's decidedly off here. This evening we received a text message mentioning this particular number along with a reference code. What’s really peculiar, though, is that the name they were looking for isn’t ours but rather a friend of ours. Honestly, when someone is reaching out regarding a payment, you’d expect them to either shoot over an email or give you a proper phone call, wouldn’t you? This whole situation feels rather dodgy to me.

We received a call from this number, claiming to be affiliated with MBNA. Given that we've recently had issues with our information being misused, it raised our suspicions. The caller asked us for our address under the pretext of "security protocols." We were understandably cautious and refused to divulge any personal information since we couldn’t verify their identity. Received a text message from RMA, claiming we're behind on a Virgin credit card payment. They mentioned a balance of £25 due. I was a bit taken aback, as I thought our payment is usually due on the 26th of each month. When I asked the representative about the timing of our direct debit, she seemed completely in the dark regarding our accounts and just said it was another department's concern. After that conversation, I wasted no time and phoned HSBC to cancel my card.

However, we've expressed our dissatisfaction with how RMA managed our interaction. Consequently, we've decided that in the future, we shall engage exclusively through written communication with MBNA directly.

Seriously, don’t bother calling these folks back! Keep your cash and your personal details to yourself!
