It seems like this might be one of those pesky telemarketing companies. Best to keep your coins safe from these pricey calls! I mentioned that it was that well-known outfit, and wouldn't you know it, the bloke had the audacity to cut me off!

Blimey, these blokes are really starting to grind my gears! They seem to have it in their heads to call us at the same time every day-9:13 in the morning, 2:20 in the afternoon, and then again at 7:30 in the evening. It's absolutely infuriating! Whenever we bother to pick up, they hang up straight away. And if we choose to ignore the calls, we’re greeted with these long-winded voicemail messages filled with nothing but office background noise that last a couple of minutes. What on earth is wrong with people who can waste their time, and apparently get paid for it, on such mindless drivel? It's beyond frustrating!

We answered the call, and as soon as we began speaking, the other party promptly hung up on us. However, we could still discern some office chatter faintly in the background. As a precaution, I've now saved the number under a new contact labelled "IGNORE (mobiledirect)". By the way, isn't it rather peculiar that we just rang Vodafone the other day to ask how simple it would be to switch from our monthly plan to a PAYG arrangement?
