Who could possibly be making the calls to us?

I've received quite a few missed calls from this number, mainly while I’m at work and the phone's on silent. Today, we finally managed to grab the phone in time, but just as we hit the ‘answer’ button, the call dropped! So, there we were left with another missed call notification. When we tried calling back, it rang out with an odd echo but no one picked up. Can anyone shed light on who these people are? We’re quite irked and keen to let off some steam!

Today, whilst we were at the office, we received a call from 08707188379. Naturally, I typed the number into Google to find out what business it might belong to, but, to my dismay, I couldn’t find any useful information. To be honest, we’re quite inclined to disregard it as it seems rather unimportant. I highly doubt it’s someone we’d be eager to engage with. Often, I think we’re a bit too liberal with our phone number which leads to these pesky marketing calls. Just another day of unsolicited rings, I suppose!

Today, while at work, we received a call from 08707188379. I decided to pop the number into a search engine, hoping to find some details about the caller, but to no avail. I reckon I'll simply add it to my list of ignored calls unless they persist in trying to reach us. I have a hunch it's not someone we particularly wish to communicate with. I can relate to what Rebecca mentioned earlier. We've been inundated with calls from 08450262572 - over 30 times recently, if you can believe it! It feels like they might be using a different number to get through to us. Quite the nuisance!
