We’ve had a rather similar experience! These chaps reached out to us while we were considering renewing our contract. We mentioned that we were contemplating simply getting a new phone instead, to which she responded with a dismissive “alright then, bye” and hung up. To add insult to injury, they had the audacity to ring us back just a couple of minutes later! How cheeky is that?

I've had a couple of calls from this number, and I finally decided to answer. It was a rather laid-back chap from Wales who spent a few moments casually saying hello. He then tried to convince me that our Vodafone contract was up - which it isn’t as it finished last month and we’ve upgraded, hence we're tied in for another year. After a bit of back-and-forth, he just hung up on us! What a cheeky blighter! We asked if he was calling from Vodafone, and he mentioned he was representing another communications company. Honestly, just ignore these calls if they come your way!

I had a similar experience earlier! They rang us up sounding all official, wanting to chat about our contract nearing its expiration. As soon as I mentioned that we’d be switching to another provider, she abruptly ended the call. Quite rude, really!
