When I dialled the 0870 number, it took me to exactly the same place as the 0345 one. The problem is, the 0870 is a premium number so it’s not part of any free call bundles. I’m not sure why Midland Heart is using this method to charge extra. On EE, calls to that number were 75p per minute.
