We received a BT bill stating that we had supposedly called this number a staggering 142 times in a single quarter. After a bit of back-and-forth, the company eventually consented to refund us the £21, plus VAT, which they had unjustly charged. It took some convincing on our part, as I've never dialled this number at all. Could this be some sort of scam, or a monumental error on their part?
