Had a rough time with home healthcare deliveries. Twice they showed up early even though my file clearly says deliveries can only be made after 6pm. No issues like this before. I had to call them two times in three days to sort it out and ended up with over £17 added to my phone bill for calls to 08706001540. That’s just not on.

I rang Health Care At Home because they hadn’t sent me the usual text about my medication delivery. The only number I could find was 08706001540, and to my shock, the call cost me £15! I’m really upset that instead of helping, they just kept me on the line to rake in more cash. It’s bad enough dealing with my illness without getting messed about like this. I just want others to watch out for this dodgy number. Properly fed up and feeling pretty let down here.
