I had a call where the person on the other end requested to talk to someone named Shew Berrymore. They didn’t have the typical sales patter, which was odd. It felt like they were just wasting my time and then hung up without any courtesy. Absolutely pathetic behaviour!

It appears that we’re receiving a deluge of calls from this number, yet the instant we pick up, the line goes dead! It’s utterly vexatious! Are they even aware of how maddening this is? One wonders if the individuals behind this number are akin to trained parrots, merely programmed to hit a couple of buttons without a shred of comprehension! It’s quite beyond the pale! Perhaps it’s high time they invested in proper customer service training for their team, so they might learn the merits of engaging in a proper conversation without putting anyone’s nose out of joint. But then again, maybe I’m asking too much? One can only dream, I suppose!

It’s the same routine every evening! Just today, it happened four times already. Why on earth can’t they leave a proper message? Who even are these folk?

I’ve received countless calls from this number, and every time we pick up, they promptly disconnect! It’s infuriating! I’ve heard this could be linked to Box Clever?? Honestly, one has to wonder if they’ve employed some sort of mute apes (no disrespect to mute apes intended!) trained solely to hit a button or two - one for calling and another to hang up! It’s high time these folks consider coaching their team on how to engage in a proper conversation and what might be acceptable to communicate, so as not to cause offence? Perhaps I’m asking for too much? Ah well, one can always hope!
