I really found this site helpful 'cause it warned me about a possible scam. Just today, 28/9/19, I got a text that looked like it came from my bank telling me to ring 08704797263 about a £578 AIRBNB payment. Glad I checked here first!

I got a text from this number saying it's from HSBC. They told me to call them about some fraud thingy because apparently £578 was spent on Airbnb. Seemed a bit dodgy to me.
