It appears that a company called the Claims Advisory Group has been incessantly hounding us regarding potential refunds for mis-sold payment protection insurance on our loans. They are relentless, having called us nine times already today alone and it's barely mid-afternoon! To make matters worse, they’ve even tried to reach us at 10 in the evening, which is quite unacceptable, especially since we need our rest for an early start at 5 am. We’re baffled as to how they obtained our number in the first place. Their persistence is truly vexing, and we are not at all pleased with the situation.

It appears that this so-called advisory group is trying to pressure individuals into subscribing for services to resolve credit issues, including credit cards. They have called both our mobile and home phones, despite the fact that this number was supposedly only recently activated. We're definitely going to report these clowns to the Telephone Preference Service.

It seems we’ve had a run-in with the Claims Advisory Group. They’re clearly keen on getting folks to enroll for loans and credit cards, quite the nuisance! They’ve been phoning us on both our mobile and landline, despite the fact that we’ve only just activated this number. We have every intention of reporting these characters to the Telephone Preference Service, as their antics are simply unacceptable.
