I just found a £30 fee on my bill from what I thought was Sky customer support. I've tried to reach out to the company that's supposedly Sky's customer service (as per a Google search), but I don't know their actual name or how to get in touch with them. I asked EE and even Sky themselves but no luck so far. Does anyone know how I can get details about these people?

I got billed about £30 for calling Sky's customer help, but neither Sky nor EE will give my money back. I tried ringing Phone Pay Plus, but they said they can't help me unless I get in touch with the company that charged me. The problem is, I have no clue who that company is or how to reach them - EE doesn't have the info either. Anyone got any ideas?
