Blimey, what a right palaver! It feels like we're caught in some bizarre skywriting situation over here. This is supposedly to sort out our Sky account or settle a bill. But honestly, that automated voice is positively chilling - it has all the warmth of a tin can! It’s dreadful, and to top it off, no one ever seems to answer the phone. All this rigmarole just to promote the international access code, and it’s enough to make anyone lose their marbles!

I received a call from the same number that appeared in a letter from Sky. It was about reinstating our Sky account or making a payment. However, the male voice on the automated line was rather off-putting and sounded very mechanical, almost unsettling if I'm honest. The experience was dreadful, and I must mention that no one ever seems to answer the phone. Instead, you get stuck in a loop that just keeps repeating an international access code.
