I'm pretty sure this isn't a scam. Looks to me like it's a TVP welfare check. Just now, I had to slam on the brakes because some muppet pulled out in front of me on a rural lane. My smartwatch probably reckoned I'd had an accident and called the emergency folks. I was fine, but I did get a ring from this number afterwards.

Absolutely NOT affiliated with THE POLICE! Shortly after our father received a call, these individuals reached out in a rather casual manner. As soon as we asked who they were, they just carried on chatting. When we attempted to ring back, the reply was that internal calls couldn’t be completed. Subsequently, we reached out to Thames Valley Police, who confirmed this had NOTHING to do with them. We have no clue who these folks are, but just a heads up to everyone! Stay vigilant!
