I searched for the “Virgin media tech support contact” and found this number. After being on hold for nearly 20 minutes, they claimed to run some tests and then charged me £15.83. Virgin media say they have no idea about this. Watch out, it’s definitely a scam.

i got billed £9.45 for a 23.36 min call and then £10.30 for another 31 min chat to what i thought was virgin media but it turns out the number was 0845454111, some premium rate nonsense. so how does that make sense, virgin media? im done with you lot, time to switch to sky. malcolm

I saw a charge on my bill but I can't remember making any call. It says 2.90 for the call itself, but then there’s a 9.90 fee just for accessing it?? Really confusing!
