Just discovered that this is Thompson, the holiday company. Can you believe it? They charge you £20 just to speak to them because they haven’t even bothered to send my booking details via email! Absolutely ridiculous!

What a con! Do keep an eye on your statements, folks. I've been hit with a £20 charge for two calls I never even made! They claim I had some 38-minute conversation-absolutely ridiculous! Not to mention I was billed twice for what seems to be the very same supposed call. Really not impressed! I’ll be reaching out to EE first thing tomorrow. 😡
