I received a call from this number earlier today. They left a message on my answering machine, addressing us directly and asking us to return the call with a reference number they provided. When I rang the number back, the woman who answered wanted our reference number. We decided not to disclose any information, and eventually, we hung up on them!

Absolutely the same situation here! These characters are hounding me over some PayPal fees, which are really minor amounts. I suggest making them ring you again and then demand they confirm their claims in writing. Honestly, dealing with these folks over the phone is futile. It’s like a dodgy operation using expensive international call centres to chase their debts. (Seriously, just hold off until they reach out to you again.) We've sent them three letters already, yet they seem to keep no record of any of it. Such a bunch of inept swindlers!

I received a rather rude call from a bloke inquiring about our son. He wouldn’t disclose the name of the company he represents nor would he give his own name. Honestly, I won’t be reaching out to this outfit until they show some courtesy and provide their identity clearly.

I received a call from an NCO in Europe that really raised my eyebrows. They left a message on my voicemail claiming it was of utmost importance and urged me to return the call at my earliest convenience. The number was provided, but the person who spoke sounded Indian and rattled off her words so quickly that I struggled to catch what she was saying. When I rang back, I was placed in a queue and eventually just hung up out of frustration. Has anyone else had any dealings with this outfit or know anything about them?

I've received over thirty calls from 0870 152 5668. Whenever I attempt to call them back, their reference number doesn't register in their system. The individuals on the other end seem to be talking nonsense and are merely after your personal information. They claim to have an account in our name, yet all they possess is our name and number. I'd recommend telling them absolutely NOTHING! They keep insisting that if we don't engage, we'll receive a letter, but so far, no letters have made their way to us at all.

We've just received a similar message, but once again, the lady rattled it off at such a speed that we had to replay it five times just to catch the phone number. We're completely in the dark about what the reference number even was!

Absolutely mirrors my experience. Bloody quick message, had to listen to it four times, and I can’t shake the feeling that the caller’s being compensated for each ring. A bit of digging online suggests these might actually be debt collectors. Quite peculiar how they’ve got our name and number when I’m completely debt-free! Definitely a dodgy situation if you ask me.

They provided a reference number, but the person speaking sounded foreign and raced through their words, making it quite tricky to catch everything.
