I received a call from this number earlier today. The moment we answered, there was a ringing sound, and a rather soft-spoken foreign lady came on the line. Unfortunately, we're situated in an area with poor signal, and the room we're in is buzzing with a couple of active computers, which made it rather difficult to catch the name of their company. It definitely seems like one of those cold-call situations, especially since they haven't bothered to ring back.

The first time we answered, there was a noticeable silence, and it felt like we were being redirected to some sort of chargeable service, prompting us to hang up quickly before anything more could happen.

I've found myself in a remarkably similar predicament, with these incessant phone calls bombarding me daily. The moment I answer, there's silence, and then an Indian lady on the line. We promptly told her to remove our number from their records! It's not typical for me to be so blunt, but desperate times, I suppose! I rang T-Mobile earlier, and they informed me that they can't block these persistent callers because they supposedly can't trace the numbers I've dialled. It's baffling how they manage to bill us under such circumstances! It's high time something was done about this company without delay!
