This particular employee has absolutely no obligation to share her name or contact details, so I decided against connecting them. Their request raised a few red flags for me, to the point where I distinctly stated that she wasn't affiliated with my organisation. The number they dialled was 01212240059, and I've got to say, something feels rather dodgy about it.

The staff member on duty had absolutely no obligation to reveal her name or her phone number, so she didn’t put them through. In fact, she outright denied that she was associated with our company, which understandably caused some unease. The number they called from was 01212240059, and I can't shake the feeling that something was quite off with it.
