Greetings! This number appears to be associated with DPD, the parcel delivery service. I reached out to them to report a mobile phone that had been misdirected. However, I wasn’t informed that it was linked to a premium line and I ended up having an extensive chat with the operator. All I wanted was for someone to retrieve the wayward phone and ensure it reached its rightful owner. Instead, I've been left with quite a hefty bill for simply trying to do the right thing. Should I have just kept the device? Of course not! Otherwise, they would have likely incurred charges for a missing item. Is there any way I can reclaim my costs?
