Earlier today, we received a call on our landline, accompanied by a text urging us to return the call and provide a reference number. I promptly attempted to ring back, but the line was constantly busy. The caller asserted they were from NatWest. Since I planned to drop by the bank later, I’ll soon discover if this call was indeed legitimate or just a ruse.

Whenever we tried to give them a bell, the line was constantly engaged. Now it seems that the phone just rings and rings. I had a call from Natwest’s customer service about this number, but it just rings out for them as well. They couldn't shed any light on the text message we received either. Very frustrating, to say the least!
