Got a call from this number claiming HMRC had some letter returned and that they’re starting legal action against me. They told me to press one to talk to an advisor. When I asked where the letter was sent and the amount in question, the lady just talked over me non-stop. I got fed up and told her to be quiet and give me the details, and also to stop calling me “miss” since I’m not. They just hung up after that. Seemed legit at first, but definitely felt off.
