The charges for the call were a total rip off, especially since it was supposed to be customer service. Really not happy about it!

Got a phone from HTC that went faulty while still under warranty. Tried ringing their customer support, and they made me pay £15 just to get through. After all that hassle, they refused to fix it, coming up with all sorts of dodgy excuses. Honestly, I think HTC really don’t play fair.
