I noticed that my child's absence from school was logged, yet there’s been no communication from the school. It's quite concerning, to say the least!

I received a call today suggesting that I should get in touch with my son's school, claiming they had attempted to reach me. Fortunately, I decided to call the school using the number I already knew. As it turns out, they hadn't tried to contact me at all and suspect it's yet another scam number-apparently, they've encountered similar issues previously. It's one of those dodgy numbers that can end up costing you quite a bit if you react to the options they provide. I've promptly blocked the number now!
