10 yearsWe've recently discovered through a couple of sources that our daughter has been receiving text messages from this same company. It's hard to believe that they're allowed to impose charges for unsolicited messages. We were provided with a phone number to call in order to stop the barrage of texts, but it appears that Three isn't particularly keen on putting a stop to this company taking advantage of its customers. What a frustrating situation!10 yearsWe called Virgin Mobile and discovered this number, but we couldn’t quite ascertain who the company behind it is. Last year, we received four texts from them, each costing a staggering £1.50, which adds up! In total, they’ve taken us for a ride. There's also another company, dialogue.co.uk, which pinged us a text last month that also set us back £1.50. Thankfully, we didn't have sufficient balance, or they might have hit us with a few more charges! I'm planning to track them down and send them an invoice for their shenanigans.Virgin Mobiledialogue. co. uk10 yearsI recently encountered a rather unscrupulous mobile service provider that dabbles in supposedly 'complimentary' ringtones and wallpapers. They have the cheek to charge £5 for every text message they send out, peddling their wares. I discovered it's linked to Orange, and they mentioned the name M Blox associated with the text messages. The number in question is 84300, and while Orange suggested I text 'quit ALL' to that number to opt out, unfortunately, it hasn't done the trick. I'm on a mission to track down these folks!Blox10 yearsIf you're with O2, simply drop a text with the word 'quit' to 57782. We're completely in the dark about who these folks are or what they’re even up to, but it seems they’ve terminated our ‘subscription’ without a hint of explanation.10 yearsWe’ve encountered the same issue ourselves. Just today, we reached out to TMobile to terminate our contract, as the costs have become quite unbearable for us. It’s baffling to think that mobile operators must surely be capable of tracing this number. One really has to wonder how long they intend to overlook the needs of their customers before they start losing them for good.TMobile10 yearsIt appears that my partner has been charged for premium SMS services linked to this number, at £1.50 each. They've had six transactions in the last month alone. When we contacted T-Mobile, they claimed there’s nothing they can do to assist us. We’re considering escalating this matter and potentially reporting it to the relevant watchdog.T - Mobile11 yearsI've just sent a text to O2 saying 'quit 57782' as we really haven't a clue who these folks are or what they actually do. It seems rather odd, but they’ve chosen to end our so-called 'subscription'. Quite perplexing, to say the least!11 yearsIt appears we’re facing the same dilemma. I’ve no idea who these individuals are or how they came to have my number, yet somehow, they’ve managed to bill me! My mobile provider was absolutely no use whatsoever!11 yearsCount us in as well! Does anyone know who these individuals are and what the process is to receive a refund?11 yearsFeeling rather uneasy about those emails from [email protected]. I've just shot them a message, and I'm fingers crossed this will put an end to their antics. Here’s hoping for a quiet inbox at last!12 yearsI've been getting the same issue on our mobile as well, and these folks just aren’t any use. Does anyone know how to put a stop to this madness? It's really draining our finances!12 yearsI noticed a charge for 1.50p per text on our T-Mobile account recently. After reaching out to T-Mobile, they were quite helpful and refunded the amount, plus they’ve blocked the number belonging to M. Blox. If you're facing similar issues, you can easily stop all premium rate SMS from coming through to your phone. Hope this information proves useful. Cheers, Keith.T - MobileM. BloxKeith12 yearsWe’ve just noticed a charge on our T-Mobile account, but we haven’t the foggiest idea who these individuals are!T - Mobile12 yearsHow fortunate you are! Unfortunately, Virgin Mobile doesn't provide refunds to us, nor can we stop those pesky SMS messages. What a bother! 😔Virgin Mobile12 yearsWe've noticed a charge for "Premium Text" on our T-Mobile bill and decided to get in touch with them about it. They were kind enough to give us this number, but they didn't have much information to offer. Is there anyone out there who might know what this company is or what they actually do? Any insight would be gratefully appreciated. Cheers, Danny.Danny12 yearsI’ve noticed a charge for a “Premium Text” on our T-Mobile bill, which has left me quite baffled. I reached out to T-Mobile for clarification, and the customer service team gave me this number. However, they claimed to have no further details about the company in question. Is there anyone out there who can shed some light on who these folks might be or what their services entail? I’d really appreciate any insights.
