They say you can make a general complaint, but that’s pretty much it. I told their customer service that I’d be mentioning their poor complaint handling all over forums and they really should cut ties with this “partner”. I also reported the matter to Ofcom, who say they can’t deal with individual cases but if enough people file complaints about the same number they will look into it.
