It feels like a scam, especially since we've been duped into buying shares that are utterly valueless.

I recently received a call from a firm claiming to be SOHM Inc, which appears to be a legitimate company. They mentioned they were looking to raise funds by offering shares, and the cash would be directed towards buying multiple shares in their business. They even sent me some documentation that included their banking details at Wells Fargo in California. Quite the curious situation, I must say!
