On the 16th of February 2008 at precisely 19:19, we received a missed call. In a moment of folly, we decided to return the call, only to be greeted by an automated response. The machine informed us that if we had a missed call, we didn’t need to do anything further as one of their agents would get back to us. Who on earth are these individuals? We've discovered that they are flagged as nuisance callers. What steps can we take to look into this matter?
