Someone claiming to be from O2 called me, but there was so much background noise it was hard to hear them properly, and they didn’t come across as very professional at all.

Someone called saying they were from O2. I had exactly the same call just last week. They sent me a text with a security code and wanted me to give it to them. Definitely don’t hand it over. I ended the call and rang the official O2 customer service, and they told me it was a scam and they'd never ask for stuff like that.

Got a bloke on the line claiming he’s from O2, but I’m not buying it. Sounds dodgy to me.
