If you were truly pleased with the person who rang you, why bother leaving a green comment on here? Going out of your way to search for it on this site kinda makes me think there’s something a bit fishy about that review. It just doesn’t seem all that genuine to me.

Shane rang me up and helped me switch my business tenancy over. He was really nice and put me in touch with a brilliant brokerage firm that offered the best rates I’ve seen around. I did a bit of digging myself and honestly, no one came close to their prices. Proper chuffed with how it all went - wouldn’t bother going anywhere else now.

Got a ring from someone named Rachael claiming to be with First Business Energy, said she was from the tenancy change registration team. Fair warning, don’t share any details if this number pops up. They also use 02036035042, just in case.

This number rings non stop and seems really dodgy. They pretend to be someone they totally aren't. Very suspicious behaviour.

These people were really pushy and rude, kept ringing non-stop and getting quite aggressive with us. They even said they'd keep calling every five minutes if we didn't give them our metering info. Honestly, best to stay well clear of them.

beware of these brokers and others saying they represent every energy supplier. their prices are sky high and they lie about having the cheapest deals. honestly, they’re really pushy and nasty, even went as far as to threaten me! totally awful experience. i’d recommend dealing straight with the energy providers instead!
