I got a call from a very polite English woman from some consumer advice group. She was asking about our experience with a timeshare firm down in the Algarve. We told her we’d finally managed to get rid of it, which we’re quite happy about. She sounded glad too, like it was one less complaint to deal with now that it’s sorted.
