They asked me to visit their website at www.cashourcar.com if I wanted to accept the offer. Initially, I decided to verify the legitimacy of the company by looking up their address and phone number. Unfortunately, I noticed that when I tried to copy and paste the details into a search engine, they wouldn't go through. The Telephone Preference Service is pretty pointless in my experience. To complain about calls, you have to provide the number, plus the date and time they rang and what the call was about, and even then they don’t really do much. I keep my answerphone on all the time; if I know the number, I’ll answer, but if not, I just let them leave a message and hope they don’t mind waiting. If it’s someone genuine and they’ve left a message, I’ll just get back to them, easy as that!

As far as I can tell, it's a dodgy outfit at best. She went on and on with a barrage of questions regarding energy topics.
