I recently had a rather dodgy encounter with someone claiming to be from O2's customer service. They promised me a cheeky 20% discount, but then attempted to reset my Microsoft password by sending a verification code to my email-clearly, they had access to that too. When I declined their offer, they became quite irate! What a bizarre and unsettling experience!
