I called this number thinking it was Ford’s main support line because I was having trouble with my car. Turns out, just a 20-minute call ended up costing me £16.50! Honestly, that’s way too expensive for a customer service chat. Proper rip-off if you ask me.

So, I got hit with a charge thanks to Ford Customer Service (0845 841 1111) because they couldn’t sort out maintenance on a truck they themselves recalled! They’re supposed to be using the new number 020 3564 4444, but I suppose it’s too late to update this now since you’re already here on this site.
