I picked up and there was an automated voice talking about some sort of refund from Santander, but the call just ended suddenly after that.

I answered a call only to be greeted by a pre-recorded message listing various banks and mentioning a supposed refund that I was owed. It prompted me to press 1 for more details or some such nonsense. We decided to hang up immediately. I've gone ahead and blocked the number!
