I noticed this particular number popping up on my BT landline bill, and it seems to have racked up charges on two separate instances, specifically on the 12th and 20th of May, 2015. It looks like it’s linked to some sort of "Child account opening guidance" from The Coventry TLC. While I do indeed have savings accounts with the Coventry, I’ve never actually dialled this number. I'm planning to raise this issue with them directly.
