I've noticed a charge linked to this number, but honestly, I can't recall ever making a call to it.

I decided to check the contact details for the SANTANDER branch in Harrogate due to some rather unimpressive service I received from them-ironic, isn’t it? I dialled the number listed as 08457654321 on their site, only to find out it’s a national rate line rather than a local one. I hung up pretty quickly upon realising, but not before it cost me 43 pence.

I noticed that the aforementioned number appears on my bill for December, labelled as a "Service call." I was under the impression that such calls were complimentary! However, this particular one is racking up charges of 0.487 and 0.475. There's speculation online that it might be linked to Santander, but seeing as that’s a Spanish bank, I'm a bit puzzled. Could you please investigate if there's any validity to this claim?

I received a call from this number, and to my surprise, it ended up costing me money for absolutely no reason at all.
