Shortly after I contacted Scottish Hydro Electric regarding their billing issues (I’ve settled my account, but it seems the funds didn’t end up in the correct department, leading to them pestering us for payments on something they actually possess - but that's another story for later). The call that followed was an automated voice requesting details about our previous communication. We opted not to share the number they called us on (which happens to be our office line), yet they still decided to dial it regardless. Lucky for us, we didn’t end up using the conference room phone by mistake!
