I had a sketchy call from someone saying they were with Nationwide Building Society. They even sent me a text from the same phone number. They wanted me to answer some security questions and then used that card reader thing to get a passcode. From what I can tell, it doesn’t actually let them access anything - it just tricks you into thinking it’s more secure. Funny enough, the hold music was exactly like Nationwide’s too.
