radio spares is right. Seriously, avoid calling them! They wouldn’t even say how much it'd be and then charged me way more than expected.

Got a charge of £8.50 from 08457201201 on my phone bill, but I honestly have no clue who they are or why I'd call them. Didn’t ring them, so not sure what’s going on with that cost.

What a joke! I rang up to check the cost of a few parts, never expected to get hit with a £6.47 charge just for 15 minutes. Won’t be using “r.s components” again, that’s for sure. I’m meant to be a trade customer too, or at least I was... bloody rip off!

I phoned Radiospares from my Vodafone phone because my online account password suddenly wouldn’t work and I needed help resetting it. The call lasted nearly 7 minutes and it ended up costing me over £4, which seems totally unfair for just sorting out a password issue. They don’t even warn you on their site about the cost or which number to ring for help. Feels like a proper rip-off to me!

I saw this charge on my phone statement from Radio Spares. I called them just to ask a quick question, and 15 minutes later, my bill showed 73p for the call. Bit surprising for such a short chat!
